• Participants – 2027:
  Folk dance groups, wind bands, flag performers, majorettes, modern and carnival dance groups from all over the world. We welcome all forms of dance and music.
  No age limits.
  Adult, youth and children’s ensembles are welcome.
  Family members and friends may join this folklore festival and travel to Hungary at the same price.
• The participation fee for 3 nights is EUR 188 per person.
• The Participation Fee Includes:
• Accommodation.
• Three meals per day.
• Lunch at the spa: two sandwiches and 1.5 liters of mineral water.
• Free parking for groups arriving at the festival by their own bus.
• Participation in festival performances.
• Commemorative gifts from the festival.
• Organizational assistance and guidance throughout the festival.
• Additional days can be booked upon request at a rate of EUR 65 per person per day.
  The price includes accommodation, breakfast, lunch and dinner.
• Not included:
• If the group arrives at the festival with its own coach, the group shall bear all costs of the outbound and return journey, as well as all transportation expenses during the festival.
• Tourist tax: EUR 4 per person per day.
• Optional programs.
• Travel insurance.
• On arrival, the hot dinner costs EUR 15 per person – the order is optional, not mandatory.
• A hot breakfast on departure costs EUR 15 per person – the order is optional, not mandatory.
• Hungarian bus service (3 nights, for groups arriving by plane): EUR 4500 per bus.
• Each additional night costs EUR 500 per bus. The cost of the bus is covered by the group.
  The bus can only be used within the framework of the festival program, and only the official Hungarian festival bus may be used.
• Each group must pay a deposit of EUR 500 by bank transfer. The remaining amount must be paid in cash upon arrival.
• In case of unexpected circumstances or force majeure, the organizer reserves the right to change the date of the event or postpone it to the following year. In this case, any costs already paid are non-refundable but may be used in the following year.
• If a group cancels its participation in the festival after paying the deposit, the deposit will not be refunded. However, if the group attends the festival in 2028, the deposit will be deducted from the total amount. If the group does not participate in 2027, the deposit will be forfeited.
• During the festival, you may need to travel approximately 200–300 km in total. To comply with tachograph regulations and drivers’ working hours, please consider arriving with two bus drivers. Pre-arranged performances cannot be cancelled due to drivers exceeding their legal working hours.
• Performances with live music or music played from USB are both allowed.
• The County-Wandering Festival organises 2-4 performance opportunities, where groups are required to participate and present a 15–30 minute performance.
