• Participants – 2027:
  Folkl dance groups, wind band orchestras, flag spinners, majorettes, modern and carnival dance group from all over the world. We welcome everything related to dance and music.
  No age limits.
  Adult, young and children ensembles are welcome.
  Family members and friends may join this folklore festival and travel to Hungary for the same price.
• Children of up to 2 years of age are received free of charge.
• Participation fee – 4 nights is 179 EUR per person, which includes accommodation and three meals per day.
• Additional days can be booked upon request at a rate of 69 EUR per person per day.
  The price includes accommodation and full board: breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
• The Participation Fee Includes:
• Accommodation.
• Three meals a day.
• Lunch at the spa and on Sunday according to the program: 2 sandwiches and a 1.5-liter bottle of mineral water.
• Participation in festival performances.
• Commemorative gifts from festival.
• Organizational assistance and guidance throughout the festival.
• Not included:
• Transport.
• Tourist tax: 4 EUR per person/day.
• Facultativ programs.
• Travel insurance.
• On arrival, the hot dinner costs 15 EUR per person – the order is optional not mandatory.
• On departure, the hot breakfast costs 15 EUR per person – the order is optional not mandatory.
• Hungarian bus: – 4 night (if they arrive by plane) – 5600 EUR per Bus: maximum 50 person.
• For every additional night: – 500 EUR per Bus: maximum 50 person.
  The cost of the bus is paid by the group. The bus can only be used within the framework of the festival program and only the Hungarian festival bus can be used, independent organization is not possible.
• Each group must pay a deposit of 500 EUR by bank transfer.
  The remaining amount can only be settled in cash, which is a condition for accepting the group.
• In case of unexpected circumstances or Force Majeure, the organizer reserves the right to change the date of the event or to postpone it for the next year, in this case, the costs already paid are not refunded, but can be used in the following year.
• In the case if the group deleted the participation at the festival after the deposit payment, the deposit will not be paid back, but if the group comes in 2028 to the festival, then the deposit will be calculated into the the amount. If the group will not come in 2027, then the deposit will be lost.
  Travel: The costs of travel to the festival and back to your home are charged on the group.
• During the Festival you might need to travel around 300-500 km altogether. To be able to drive it without violating the regulation on tachographs and driver’s working hours, please consider arriving with two bus drivers.
• Pre-arranged performances cannot be cancelled due to exceeding the driver’s official working hours!
  Performances with live and music recorded on USB are both allowed.
• The County-Wandering Festival organises 2-4 performance opportunities where the groups are obliged to attend and give a minimum 15 – maximum 20-30 minute show.
